Lawson Price offers an outplacement service for individuals whose jobs are made made redundant by their employer.
This confidential service is tailored to individual circumstances and operates on a pre-determined fee basis.
It includes activities designed to enable individuals to develop a greater awareness of their potential, current skills and possible limitations and to help them effectively pursue job opportunities or to manage the process of a career change and will include but is not limited to; reviewing and advising on interview skills, the preparation of CV's and covering letters, counselling and career guidance.
This is usually for a set period of time and will reflect the positive approach of the client company in supporting the individual during a period of transition.
